CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 10) ORDER 2015 AND (MOVING TRAFFIC) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 4)
ORDER 2015
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Orders on 10th September 2015 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to to introduce restrictions of:-
1. No Waiting At Any Time on the new access road into Apperley Bridge Railway Station and on lengths of Apperley Lane;

2. Aone-way traffic flow on the bus turning circle on the new access road into Apperley Bridge Railway Station.

The Orders come into force on 14th September 2015 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY.
If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Orders were made (i.e. 10th September 2015) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
