Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence Name of applicant: Co-operative Group Food Ltd Address of Premises: Co-op, 1/3 The Staithes, Baildon, West Yorkshire BD17 6DB The premises currently has the benefit of a Premises Licence number BD/PRA0220. The purpose of this application is to vary the hours when licensable activities may take place from Monday-Sunday 08:00-23:00 hours to Monday-Sunday 06:00-23:00 hours and to remove the embedded restrictions with regard to Good Friday and Christmas Day. The Licensable activities are the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises. Conditions will apply. Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so by 5 October 2015. A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and the register may be inspected during normal office hours but by appointment only.
