NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

L&C Leisure applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 04/09/15 for a licence to use the premises at The 6 Acres,119 Westgate Hill Street, Drighlington, Bradford, BD4 0RZ for the performance of live music in and outdoors - the playing of recorded music in and outdoors - the playing of recorded music in and outdoors - the provision of late night refreshment in and outdoors - the sale of alcohol on and off the premises. Times: Mon-Thurs 12noon-midnight, Fri-Sat-Sun 12 noon-1am. Representations should be made in writing to the Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by the 2nd Oct 2015. Persons wishing to inspect the licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
