CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 38) ORDER 2016
CANAL ROAD AREA BRADFORD
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 27th October 2016 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce restrictions of:-
1. "Waiting limited to 4 hours (return prohibited within 4 hours) on all days and at all times" on a length of Captain Street;

2. "Waiting limited to 30 minutes (return prohibited within 30 minutes) Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm" on a length of Stott Hill;

3. "Waiting limited to 2 hours (return prohibited within 2 hours) Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm" on a length of Wharf Street;

4. "Waiting limited to 10 minutes (return prohibited within 1 hour) Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm and on Sunday between 11am and 5pm" on a length of Currer Street;

5. "No waiting at any time" on lengths of Stott Hill and Wharf Street;

6. "Parking Places for Disabled Persons limited waiting of 4 hours (return prohibited within 4 hours) - at all times and on all days" on a lengths of Captain Street; and

7. "Police Vehicle Parking Places" on a length of Bridge Street".

The Order comes into force on 14th November 2016 and a copy of the Order together with maps showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 27th October) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
