City have signed target man Paul Mullin from Accrington Stanley on loan until the end of the season.
The 35-year-old striker holds the record for the most number of appearances for Stanley, scoring 132 goals in 316 league games.
Meanwhile, Barry Conlon has joined Grimsby Town in a loan deal for the rest of the campaign.
With Peter Thorne unlikely to be risked tomorrow due to a neck injury, Mullin could be thrown straight into the fray at home to Port Vale.
