Tom Burgess is set to make his Super League debut in the Bulls' clash with Harlequins on Sunday.
The 18-year-old prop has been handed a spot in the 19-man squad after it was confirmed Nick Scruton will miss three months with a dislocated wrist.
A stand-out performer for the under-20s this season, Burgess turned down the chance to join elder brother Sam and twin George at South Sydney during the winter.
Instead, he committed his future to the Bulls and looks set to be rewarded with a bench spot on Sunday.
James Donaldson also returns to the matchday squad for the first time since snapping knee ligaments in the Challenge Cup quarter-final against Warrington last May.
The teenage back-rower has proved his fitness in three games for the under-20s and will be in contention to replace the injured Jamie Langley at loose forward.
Gareth Raynor (hamstring) and Michael Platt (hernia) and Dave Halley (knee) are also out injured.
Bulls' 19-man squad: Shaun Ainscough, Patrick Ah Van, Kyle Briggs, Tom Burgess, Matt Diskin, James Donaldson, Olivier Elima, Bryn Hargreaves, Marc Herbert, Brett Kearney, Craig Kopczak, Heath L’Estrange, Andy Lynch, Tom Olbison, Shad Royston, Ian Sibbit, Paul Sykes, Chev Walker, Elliott Whitehead.
