BRADFORD City have completed the signing of trialist Luca Colville.
Colville has agreed an initial one-year deal and is in contention to feature this evening – when the Bantams travel to face Macclesfield Town in the Carabao Cup first round (kick-off 7:45pm).
The midfielder scored a superb goal in City's pre-season clash with neighbours Bradford Park Avenue and featured against Carlisle last month, having spent the 2017/18 season with Huddersfield Town.
Bantams head coach Michael Collins believes Colville has a bright future ahead and is delighted to have secured his services.
Collins said: “Luca is a young player, who has plenty of potential. During the pre-season campaign, he impressed us with his decision making on the ball and has shown real quality which belies his years.
“Luca's desire to earn a contract has been extremely refreshing and we feel he comes in and adds something different to the group.”
