THE Bulls have today secured three more of their talented young players on long-term deals.
Reiss Butterworth, Evan Hodgson and academy forward Olly Wilson all put pen to paper on new contracts tying to them to Odsal for the next three years.
It follows on from Liam Kirk and Ross Oakes both committing their future to Bradford as the club's rebuild gathers pace for League One.
It was a double celebration for prop Hodgson, who was also named under-19s player of the year at last night's awards ceremony.
Hodgson, who turned 19 on Thursday, said: "I'm chuffed to bits with it. It happened fast. I knew there was an offer on the table but then it was a whirlwind from there.
"I wanted that stability and that chance to develop over the next few years. I want to play as many games as I can next year but I need to grow as a person and put a few kilos on. I'm just happy to have that opportunity at this club.
"We've had to rely on the young lads heavily throughout the year but I think that will stand me in good stead for next year. I've shown what I can do in the Championship, so hopefully I will be able to kick on in League One."
Butterworth has also had a taste of senior action after earning his opportunity mid-season. He revealed there was competition for his signature but he wanted to stick with the Bulls.
The hooker said: "It's been a childhood dream for me. Now I've got a long-term contract, I just can't wait for pre-season to get on with it.
"There was interest from other clubs but I just love being at Bradford and the environment here with the likes of (head of youth) John Bastian.
"It's a great place to be around and when I got offered the contract, there was no second thought about it."
Wilson is still only 17 but at 6ft 3in is viewed as an exciting prospect within the club.
He said: "I've put in a lot of hard work this year. It was quite tough playing against third-year props but I'm pleased to get that reward."
St Helens-bound James Bentley scooped the players' player and young player trophies last night. Sam Hallas got the vote from the supporters and Kirk was the choice of coach Geoff Toovey.
