WYKE have finished third in Pennine League Division Two following a 38-4 home win against Woodhouse Warriors.
The black and whites showed commendable composure, while the Leeds visitors resorted to a running verbal attack on the match official, which resulted in three players being sent to the sin bin for dissent, while another received a red card for the same offence.
Wyke stuck to playing rugby, leading to tries from second-row forward Andy Lloyd, half-back Scott Watson and wingman Paul Bapty as Woodhouse imploded.
Captain Ian Wormald once again led from the front, posting his 15th touchdown of the campaign, and his fellow prop Shaun Godfrey galloped 40 metres to put further icing on the cake.
West Bowling will be kicking themselves for letting hosts Beverley off the hook, going down 15-14 in the Yorkshire Men's League Premier Division clash in east Yorkshire.
Bowling recovered from an early setback to go into the interval 8-4 up following a touchdown from substitute forward Danny Halmshaw and two goals from scrum half Ben Heald.
The points looked to be on the way to Emsley's Rec when stand-off Leigh Coe reached the chalk, leaving Heald to add the extras for a 14-4 lead, but Beverley staged a comeback to eventually take the spoils with a drop goal two minutes from time.
