SIR - Your story re a mural to celebrate “car culture” is what happens when you give stupid amounts of money to clueless people who are oblivious to what "car culture" represents in Bradford.
Most of us don't celebrate reckless driving, speeding and total contempt for other motorists.
As evidence of how they will spend the millions coming their way this is numbing.
