SIR - Keighley MP Robbie Moore is a cheeky monkey. There he is condemning Barclays bank for closing its Keighley branch ('Bank closure condemned', T&A February 15) and impacting those 'who rely on on in person banking services'.
But happily supporting his government withdrawing all 'in person' benefits services.
As a pensioner can I see a pensions adviser? Not anymore. I have to fight my way through the 'computer says no' helpline jungle.
