A 19-year-old man today made his first appearance in court facing seven charges of attempted murder in relation to several stabbings in Keighley town centre.
Raheem Nawaz, 19, of Wilmer Drive, Heaton, Bradford, appeared before Bradford magistrates.
Nawaz faces seven charges of attempted murder in relation to two incidents, one in Victoria Road at about 10.30pm last Thursday, and another outside The Livery Rooms pub in North Street about an hour and a half later.
He was remanded in custody by chairman of the bench Andrew Rogerson to appear before Bradford Crown Court on Thursday, September 3.
No application was made for bail and reporting restriction were not lifted.
