Bradford Civic Society wants residents to become more involved in the regeneration of Bradford city centre.
It wants to hear people’s views on what is good, what is not so good and what they would like to see in the future in terms of regeneration.
The public’s ideas, thoughts and experiences will then be fed into a new Regeneration Plan that is being produced by the Civic Society and will be submitted to Bradford Council for consideration.
It is hosting an event, called The Regeneration of Bradford City Centre, at the Impressions Gallery, Centenary Square, Bradford, between noon and 4pm on Saturday, March 21.
Civic Society chairman Anthony Mann said: “We are looking forward to seeing and hearing the public’s views and compiling those views into a document to form a true representation of the desires and wishes of the people of Bradford.
“After all it is their city – they should know what is needed.
“The Civic Society is an organisation that can help promote the public’s views. The good people of Bradford need to get more involved because we want them to have a say in their future.”
