WHAT a beautiful morning for local people to make the trip to Cow and Calf Rocks on Ilkley Moor for a special Easter sunrise service.
This one took place in 2013, but anyone wishing to go along to the service - organised by Ilkley Combined Churches - can do so on Easter Sunday, March 31. It starts at 6.30am.
Whatever the weather, the views are spectacular - it's the perfect spot to worship.
Easter is one of the principal holidays or feasts, of Christianity, marking the resurrection of Jesus three days after his death by crucifixion. Traditionally people come together for services, meals and other activities.
Snow, which looks to have been quite deep, is lying on the ground in this picture which was taken on March 31, the same date that Easter Sunday falls this year.
