WEST Yorkshire Police has confirmed two of its vehicles involved in a horror smash were responding to an incident.
The A650 Keighley Road at Frizinghall has been closed in both directions since the early hours of the morning.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Police are currently at the scene of a road traffic collision on Keighley Road involving two police vehicles.
"The collision has caused damage to a building, the road remains closed whilst the building is made safe.
"This is being treated as a damage-only collision."
When asked by the Telegraph & Argus for more details on the circumstances of the crash, a spokesperson said: "Police were responding to an incident."
No further details have been provided about the incident officers were responding to.
