SKIPTON'S High Corn Mill is cementing its role as a wellbeing hub for Craven.

A three-day yoga retreat in April will make use of space and businesses around the mill to give people an opportunity to rest and relax.

Organised by Balanced Life Physiotherapy there will be yoga sessions for all levels, a woodland picnic, and the opportunity to book holistic therapies.

Claire McGillycuddy-Smith, who runs Balanced Life Physiotherapy said: "I’m incredibly excited by the whole venture – the mill has a real healing energy and is the perfect venue for a complete get-away-from-it-all break.”

Andrew Mear, mill owner, said: “This promises to be a very special and popular event which makes the most of the special mix of resources and businesses which now operate from the mill, particularly now that we are able to offer residential accommodation.”

The three-day yoga retreat costs £395 per person including accommodation, all meals, yoga sessions and the woodland picnic. For more information visit www.balancedlifephysio.co.uk
