AN iconic Bradford district fish & chips restaurant is up for sale.
Bingley's The Station Masters, once stood derelict for 30 years, before most recent owners Matt and Jo Hogg brought the building on Park Road back to life.
Last month, amid rising electricity costs, and with "sadness and regret”, the pair ceased trading.
Pairing traditional fish & chips and popular seafood items, with a range of craft beers, the Hogg's made the venue one of the most popular in Bingley.
The Station Masters House is now on sale for £65,000 through Ernest Wilson.
The description on the business agents' website reads: "The Station Masters House is currently closed for operational reasons, but offers a key-in opportunity for new owners to re-open quickly.
"This is an outstanding opportunity for a chef and / or bar manager to acquire a ready-made business and operate it to its full and obvious potential.
"The business premises remains fully fitted and equipped, including a £40,000 (when bought new) frying range, bespoke built on site, an odour filtering, high capacity extraction system, a modern beer cellar system, display chillers, espresso equipment and indoor and outdoor furniture."
If you are interested in taking on the venue, call 0113 238 2900.
