A popular choir from Bradford sung their hearts out for their chosen charities at the weekend.
The All Together Now Choir – which has branches in Baildon, Bingley, Harrogate and Skipton – raised £850 for one of its chosen charities, Harrogate Easy Living Project (HELP), on Saturday.
Performing at St Peter’s Church’s Refreshment Day in Harrogate, the choir used their voices to fund HELP’s gardening, decorating and basic repair services as well as its voluntary taxi operation for those in need.
It was then time to perform in Saltaire for the annual micro-festival Yardfest and support The Cellar Trust, a mental health charity for adults based in Shipley.
The choir’s songbook involved Coldplay’s Yellow, Christina Perri’s A Thousand Years, and Cass Elliot’s Make Your Own Kind of Music.
Choir member Kath Davy said: “Fantastic. Great to be there.”
