THE Bradford Literature Festival will kick off with an event that looks at how technology is changing the human race.
Although the festival officially starts on Friday, Wednesday night will see digital expert John Straw present The Technology Disruption has Happened. What Will Your World Look Like?
Held at Bradford College's Advanced Technology Centre, the event looks at how the "fourth industrial revolution" is now cutting into the traditionally middle class, professional sector, from law and accountancy to medicine, after already changing working class industries.
Mr Straw, whose latest book, iDisrupted, examines the changes beginning to re-shape the human domain, will shed new light on existing tech and predicting its radical impact on the modern workplace.
The event runs from 7pm to 8pm. To get tickets visit bradfordlitfest.co.uk/event/technology-disruption-happened-will-world-look-like/
