A HISTORIC hall will be hosting a classic car rally and artisan emporium on Sunday.
The car rally, organised by the Yorkshire Rover Club, will be held on the grounds of Oakwell Hall in Birstall. It will feature cars of all makes and models, which will be on show on the front lawn between 11am – 4:30pm.
The emporium, held in Oakwell Barn, will include some of West Yorkshire’s finest independent artisan producers, with stalls including jewellery, art, ceramics, crafts, vintage and food products.
The Grade I listed hall dates back to the late 1500s and was immortalised in literature as "Fieldhead" by Charlotte Brontë, in her novel Shirley.
Entrance to both events is free.
