A DOCTOR is to stand trial on April 18 charged with two offences of sexually assaulting a woman patient at Bradford Royal Infirmary.
Dr Fesal Hussain, 33, pleaded not guilty to the allegations at Bradford Crown Court today.
Hussain, of St Michael's Road, White Abbey, Bradford, is said to have committed the offences on July 8 last year.
He was granted bail until the trial date next year.
During a previous hearing before magistrates, Hussain was told the case was too serious to be dealt with at the lower level.
