Car fire in Newbury Road, Brighouse
A CREW from Rastrick were called to a car fire in Brighouse tonight.
An electrical fault in the engine compartment of a VW Golf caused the blaze on Newbury Road at around 7.30pm.
No-one was injured or suffered any smoke inhalation in the incident.
A neighbour of the car owners were alerted to the fire and used attempted to put it out with a fire extinguisher until the crews arrived.
