FIFTY new care jobs are being created by an expanding care business after a move into a larger base following rapid growth.
Care Dynamics has relocated into premises near Shipley town centre from the Carlisle Business Centre in Manningham.
The firm, founded in 2010 by care professionals Cheryl Dibbin and Donna Gott after they took voluntary redundancy from Yorkshire Housing, provides personal care and social support for people of all ages. It also supplies staff to regional health and social care organisations .
The company also offers training to new and existing care professionals . The latest expansion will see it bring training in-house.
Care Dynamics won the 2015 Yorkshire care employer award at the Great British Care Awards.
Following rapid growth Care Dynamics has used a six figure loan from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking to fund the relocation.
It now has more than 100 staff on its books and reducing expenditure on outsourced training will enable Care Dynamics to recruit 50 more carers, win more healthcare contracts and expand its services across Yorkshire.
Cheryl Dibbin said: “By bringing training in-house we’re able to strengthen this offering and provide more local people and families with a range of high-quality services.
“Our new base is also ideally positioned to help us recruit into more locations such as Shipley Keighley and Bingley, bringing valuable employment opportunities to the local communities.
Richard Hargreaves, relationship manager at Lloyds Bank , added: “ The move will enable the business to reach even more individuals and families in need across the area.”
