AN advertising billboard near Bradford Interchange could soon be upgraded to a digital sign.
Primesight have applied for planning permission to remove the existing advertisement billboard on the corner of Bridge Street and Vicar Lane with an "LED media display."
The application says: "The use of digital display screens for roadside advertising is a growing phenomenon and a natural evolution from traditional printed posters.
"The upgrade would represent a considerable financial investment to improving the quality of this established outdoor advertising site and is considered to be an opportunity to improve both the quality of the advertisement itself and its contribution to the street scene."
A decision on the application will be made next month.
