POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a teenager was struck by a motorbike in Saltaire.
The 17-year-old Keighley girl is being treated at Leeds General Infirmary for serious leg, head and arm injuries following the incident yesterday evening.

She was crossing the road close to the Nisa supermarket when the accident, involving a blue Yamaha motorcycle, happened at about 6.20pm on Saltaire Road.
A police spokesman said the girl’s injuries were not thought to be life-threatening.

A Great North Air Ambulance spokesman said: "The doctor-led trauma team assessed and treated the patient before and during the flight to Leeds General Infirmary, a flight time of nine minutes.
"The patient suffered head, leg and arm injuries and was in a serious but stable condition on arrival at hospital."
The motorbike rider, a 44-year-old man from Saltaire, also required hospital treatment.
Anyone who saw the accident or the bike or teenager immediately prior to it, is asked to contact PC 3553 Day at the Safer Roads and Neighbourhood Support team on 101.
