Business people are being invited to find out more about the Grand Départ of the Tour de France coming to Yorkshire at a roadshow at the Alhambra Theatre today at 6pm.

It is being organised by Welcome to Yorkshire, the tourism agency which led the winning bid to bring the Grand Départ to the county, with the Yorkshire Asian Business Association and Barclays.

There will be opportunities to ask questions about the event, and find out to make the most of business opportunities.

Councillor Susan Hinchcliffe, Bradford Council’s executive member for employment, skills and culture, said: "This roadshow is a great opportunity for people to find out how their business can benefit from this spectacular event.”
