Rail operator Grand Central is expanding services bet-ween Bradford Interchange and London King’s Cross from December – targeting business travellers with a new early daily departure.
The company, which has run its West Riding services to the capital since May 2010, is introducing an extra direct connection from Monday, December 9.
It is adding a southbound 7.52am departure from Bradford and a 4.03pm return, increasing services between the city and London to four a day.
Grand Central general manager Sean English said: “We are excited to launch our fourth daily direct service on the West Riding route, which means we can offer more accessible travel for the people of Yorkshire.
“We launched an additional service on our North East route last year, which proved to be extremely popular with business travellers and leisure passengers.”
