Bradford Bulls players got a taste of their new sponsors as they visited Provident headquarters for lunch.
The squad met staff at the Provident building in Godwin Street before sitting down to lunch in the canteen.
The four-year £1.2m sponsorship deal was unveiled last week and is thought to be one of the biggest in Super League history.
Bulls coach Francis Cummins said: “It shows the owners are serious about the club.
“The players and staff have experienced the club being brought to its knees but there’s a great buzz about how the club’s building off the field now. There’s some great sponsorship partners coming on board.
Back-row forward Danny Addy said: “The boys had a rough time last year behind the scenes, day after day thinking we might not have a club, and now to have Provident backing us like they are is quite unreal.”
David Stevenson, a director at Provident, said: “It’s a marvellous deal for the company, for the Bulls and for Bradford.”
